During our cooking lesson discover some secrets of cooking and specifically of Piedmontese cuisine. The territory of the Langhe Roero and Monferrato, UNESCO heritage, offer us top quality products for the realization of traditional dishes.
By booking a cooking class in the Langhe area, Roero and Monferrato you can cook with an expert cook, 3 or 4 dishes that you can taste at the end of the lesson. The lesson begins with a brief introduction and description of the experience in the kitchen, immediately after, armed with aprons and kitchen tools you will begin to prepare the dishes. At the end of the lesson you can have lunch or dinner in company, tasting your dishes, accompanied by local wines.
