The 88° International Alba White Truffle Fair is the highlight of the event dedicated to the Tuber magnatum Pico (white truffle).
The Fair is one of the main showcases of Italian excellence and gastronomy.
From the 6th of October to the 25th of November, every Saturday and Sunday, you can visit the Truffle World Market (From 9.30 am to 7.30 pm); see Show Cooking with the great chefs, Truffle Sensory Analysis and try a unique Wine Tasting Experience®.
